Transitioning into 2024
As we stand on the threshold of a new year, it’s a fitting time to reflect on the journey we’ve shared so far and look ahead to the exciting developments awaiting us in 2024. This post marks the last installment of 2023, and I am thrilled to share with you some changes and new endeavors that will shape the future of Effective Ministry Solutions.
In the coming year, my focus will shift towards individual and group coaching, delving deeper into the lives of Christian business women. My passion for helping women navigate the complexities of managing home, business, family, and finances while maintaining spiritual growth remains at the forefront. This shift is driven by the desire to connect more intimately with each person, offering tailored solutions that empower them to thrive in all areas of life.
Continuing in Ministry
The heart of my work will continue to beat in rhythm with the needs of leaders in ministry, church groups, and staff. Visioning and group coaching sessions will remain a cornerstone of Effective Ministry Solutions as we collectively strive for excellence in service to the Kingdom.
One exciting prospect on the horizon is the Visioning Spiritual Retreat scheduled for 2024. This retreat aims to provide a sacred space for reflection, inspiration, and strategic planning. It’s an opportunity to step away from the hustle and bustle, allowing leaders to connect with their spiritual roots and envision a path forward for their ministries.
On a Personal Note…
Beyond the professional realm, I’d like to share a bit about the woman behind Effective Ministry Solutions. I am a wife of 28 years, a proud mother of three adult daughters, and a doting grandma, affectionately known as Gigi, to two grandsons. Family holds a special place in my heart, and I cherish moments spent with my husband, whether it’s working on classic cars, enjoying the tranquility of the lake, or embarking on adventures across the United States.
As a creative soul, I find joy in crafting and creating digital products on platforms like Canva. The simple pleasures of coffee, colorful pens, and stickers bring a sense of delight to my routine. Witnessing the progress, goal achievements, and lightbulb moments of my clients is deeply rewarding for me.
My journey is deeply intertwined with faith, and I rely on the guidance of the Holy Spirit in every aspect of my life. Gathering with prayer sisters to share, catch up, and bask in the Lord’s presence is a cherished ritual. My day begins with the “Start Your Day Right” journal, a sacred time spent in God’s Word, reflection, and planning. This daily practice sets the tone for a positive and productive day.
