The topic for coaching can range from individual habits and organization to vision planning for your ministry or team plus everything in between.
These are confidential sessions where we will plan a course of action to help you move forward in the areas you are stuck or want to see more progress. Accountability is imperative to seeing success.

The Full Circle Ministry Planning Workshop
This is a four-week workshop designed to help you:
– start the circle in prayer. (you will get specific prayer prompts)
– have a creative brainstorming session that doesn’t look like a tornado.
– create your ministry’s vision statement.
– set goals and create tasks to reach those goals.
– stay accountable and encouraged through our Prayer Circle group.
– review and check-in to complete the circle.
Group Coaching
Group coaching is a great option for staff or a ministry team. We can focus on vision planning, goal setting, or any other need the team has.
Packages for group coaching are based on the number of participants and the specific needs of the group or team.
